Engagement terms

Scope of Service+

Each engagement is scoped in writing before commencement. Work outside the agreed scope requires a written change order and may incur additional fees calculated transparently against the original rate card.

Revision Policy+

Up to two rounds of complimentary revisions are included per deliverable, provided requests fall within the original scope and are received within 14 days of submission. Subsequent rounds are quoted before any further work begins.

Confidentiality+

All client information, research data and manuscripts are treated as strictly confidential and protected under a mutual NDA available on request. Files are stored on encrypted infrastructure and accessed only by the assigned project team.

Intellectual Property+

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives complete ownership of all deliverables. BroniqLabs retains no rights other than the right to reference the engagement anonymously for portfolio purposes, and only with prior written consent.

Delivery Timelines+

Timelines are agreed in writing and communicated at project kick-off. Delays caused by incomplete client input, unresponsive feedback or scope changes may extend the schedule proportionally, with revised dates confirmed in writing.

Payment Policy+

A 50% advance is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final draft and prior to final file transfer. Larger engagements are billed across mutually agreed milestone payments.

Refund Policy+

Refunds may be issued, at BroniqLabs' discretion, only when no substantive work has been performed. Once drafts are issued, refunds are not available; however, revisions are honoured under the revision policy above.

Academic Integrity+

BroniqLabs operates strictly as an academic consulting and editing partner. We do not engage in any activity that violates your institution's academic integrity policy, ghost-authorship rules or examination regulations. Clients remain solely responsible for adherence to their institution's rules.

Liability Limitations+

BroniqLabs' total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We do not guarantee acceptance by external journals, universities or examiners, as final decisions rest with independent third parties beyond our control.
