1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at broniqlabs.com or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Scope of Services
Broniqlabs provides consultancy services across three main areas: academic research support, performance marketing, and digital product engineering. All engagements are scoped in writing via a project proposal or service agreement which details specific deliverables, timelines, and fees.
3. Research Support Services
Our research support covers topic refinement, structural guidance, editing, formatting, and proofreading. Broniqlabs is committed to academic integrity; we do not write full dissertations or theses on behalf of students to be submitted as their own original work. We help organize, polish, and optimize your drafts to meet supervisory and university standards. The client retains sole responsibility for the final submission and academic defense of their work.
4. Digital Marketing & Ad Management
Ad management services cover campaign execution, creative design, and tracking instrumentation. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the respective platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). Broniqlabs does not guarantee specific sales volumes, leads, or ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) as conversion outcomes depend on external factors including product offer, demand, pricing, and market competition. We commit to a disciplined optimization framework, regular audits, and transparent reporting.
5. Web, App & SaaS Engineering
Engineering projects proceed through wireframing, design system build, iterative development, and staging QA checks. Code and design asset ownership transfers outright to the client upon full payment of all milestone invoices. Any third-party tools, themes, APIs, or vector databases integrated into the work will remain subject to their respective vendor license terms, which the client is responsible for maintaining. We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty covering defect resolution for issues reproducible on agreed baseline environments.
6. Payments, Billing & Refunds
Billing schedules are defined per project (partial advance, monthly retainers, or milestone payments). Invoices are due within the terms specified on the invoice. Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of the project; once strategy, research, design, or engineering work has commenced, fees cover the time and resources already invested. Clients are encouraged to address issues through our feedback and revision process.
7. Confidentiality & NDA
All client data, project credentials, source files, business intelligence, and research inputs are kept private. Mutual NDAs are executed upon request prior to exchanging sensitive assets. Broniqlabs does not reuse custom source code or proprietary assets across projects.
8. Limitation of Liability
Broniqlabs and its consultants shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business loss, academic penalties, or ad account suspensions) arising from the execution or outcome of our services. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is capped at the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
